Can you eat and sleep with orthosil or other orthodontics wax?
So of my brackets on my braces fell and it is moving on the wire and getting cut on my lips. put orthosil on it and was wondering if it is okay to eat and sleep with it. Basically I'm trying to ask is it safe if accidentally swallow it when I'm eating or sleeping?

Orthodontic relief wax is meant to be in the mouth. It is perfectly safe even if swallowed. It is silicone-based, which means it should be excreted safely if swallowed.
